Felicia Ceaser-White, Curriculum Manager

Felicia Ceaser-White is the Curriculum Manager of Health and Physical Education K-12 at Houston Independent School District. Felicia is a former Health and Physical Education Specialist, Teacher, and Athletic Coach. Felicia has a M.S. in Educational Leadership and B.S. in Human Performance. She has 16 years of teaching experience in Health and Physical Education. Felicia has taught at the middle school and high school levels in Houston ISD.
She served as HISD Health Education Specialist for 6 years and is in year 7 in her current role. Felicia oversees the development of the Health and Physical Education Curriculum, Principal Investigator for the School-Based Adolescent HIV, STI, and Teen Pregnancy Prevention and Surveillance Grant from the Centers of Disease Control. She coordinates the administration of the Youth Risk Behavior Survey and the School Health Profiles for the district. In this capacity, Felicia also serves as the Professional Development Coordinator to plan and facilitate district-wide Professional Development for all HPE teachers with a strong focus on Physical Activity, Nutrition Education, Healthy Relationships, HIV/AIDS, STI, and Teen Pregnancy Prevention Education.
She also serves on the Texas Association for Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance (TAHPERD) in the Health Division, Future Directions and Legislative Committee, and the Exemplary Health and Physical Education Committee for the state organization. She is SHAPE America Southern District Member-at-Large.

Francina Hollingsworth, Curriculum Specialist

Francina Hollingsworth is a Curriculum Specialist for Health and Physical Education. She received her Master’s in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston Victoria and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Northwestern State University. Francina is a 22-year educator, where she taught Health and Physical Education and coached at Middle Schools in Caddo Parish (Shreveport, LA) and Alief ISD (Houston, TX). Over the years, Francina has specialized in cultivating children’s and adults’ health, physical well-being, and wellness through advocating and elevating initiatives to help expand awareness of health behaviors.

Truest Bradley, Curriculum Specialist

Truest Bradley is a Health and Physical Education Curriculum Specialist in Houston Independent School District. She is a proud native of the "Keep It Weird" city, Austin, Texas. Truest has a Master of Education degree in Physical Education from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. She has been in education for 14 years, worked in Round Rock ISD, San Marcos ISD, Austin ISD, and Alief ISD, and constantly learning every day. Her hobbies are spending time with her family, eating, mentoring youth, cycling, listening to live music, and learning to swim. Truest is committed to educating people about the importance of health and wellness. She lives by the words of Fredrick Douglas: "Truth is proper and beautiful in all times and all places."
