    As the Director of 1st year principals, my role is to train, coach, and prepare campus leaders to make a lasting impact on their school community. My 23 years of educational experience has been defined by a passion for learning and improvement, cultivating leadership talent, and aligning leadership practices with organizational goals. Every role and every experience provide a wealth of learning and growth if you possess a growth mindset. I am driven by a commitment to ethical leadership, continuous learning, and creating opportunities where individuals thrive and contribute to organizational success.

    To develop and coach first-year principals to enhance their leadership skills through a comprehensive and multifaceted approach. This program is designed to support new principals in their crucial first year by offering a blend of in-person and virtual training sessions, along with personalized coaching tailored to meet their individual needs.

    The in-person training sessions provide hands-on experience and direct interaction with experienced mentors and peers, allowing for real-time feedback and collaborative learning. These sessions create an immersive environment where principals can engage deeply with the material and practice new skills in a supportive setting.

    Virtual training sessions offer flexibility and accessibility, enabling principals to learn at their own pace and from any location. These online modules are designed to cover a wide range of topics, from instructional strategies to leadership best practices, ensuring a well-rounded development experience.

    In addition to these training sessions, we offer personalized coaching that focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities each principal faces. This one-on-one support helps to address specific areas of need, provides targeted feedback, and fosters continuous improvement.
