Houston ISD’s Technology Service Desk (TSD) provides a single point of contact for technology support to all the district’s campus and administrative locations. The current TSD is located at the Teledyne building on Chimney Rock road in a large open office facility.
Hours of Operation
The TSD is manned and operational from 6:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday excluding HISD approved holidays. Hours change during the summer break according to the needs of the department and District. After Hours support is not currently available through the TSD, but the after-hours message when customers call in outside these hours offers the NOC (Network Operations Center) 24 hour number (713-556-8800) to report system outages or to leave a voicemail.
