    Project Management Office (PMO) provides a district-wide approach to identifying, prioritizing, and successfully executing technology projects that are aligned with HISD’s strategic and educational goals and its vision. Project management leadership, within the PMO, is responsible for establishing and implementing best practices in a way that encourages collaboration,standardization, and overall improvement for the benefit of HISD, while delivering projects in partnership with HISD’s business areas.
