Description
The First Year Principals cohort develops the knowledge and skills of first year principals to become highly effective in their new role. The cohorts' learning designs, differentiated by elementary and secondary, are based on the Texas Principals Standards. First year principals participate in Socratic-style seminars on topics relevant to the role of a new school leader and based on relevant, district-identified topics.

The first-year principal cohort is a one-year model.
