Mandarin Immersion Magnet School

The Mandarin Immersion Magnet School is currently housed in a small elementary school that was built in 1953 in Bellaire. The school opened in the fall of 2012, becoming one of the first in Texas to offer Mandarin language immersion. The school started with grades PK–2, with plans to add additional grades each year, eventually becoming a K–8 campus.
